BQ40Z50-R3-DEVICE-FW: BQ studio support for R3

Part Number: BQ40Z50-R3-DEVICE-FW

I have a BMS with a BQ40z50-R3 on that I am trying to evaluate.

The BQ device detects as 4500_3_9

There doesn't appear to be support for the R3 devices in the latest version of BQ studio.

Is this correct? and how do I obtain a tool to work with this?

I am also experiencing issues installing 1.3.97 on some of the newer PC's that we have getting Java errors  producing an error log when we try to run it.
