Hi,

you mentioned before that there are no internal gate source resistors between pin22 and GND of TPS92682.

Since there is no gate source resistor, is there a push-pull stage?

If not, is there a way to ensure the FET will stay off due to circuit leakages?

The design for the TPS92682 gate driver will ensure that the external FET will stay off during power up.

what do you mean with that? can you explain?

do you mean the internal design of the IC? how is this implemented?

Is this only during power up?

Jon,

Internally to the TPS92682 we have a pull down to guarantee the that even during power up we do not turn on the external FET. This is very common with most regulator IC design with external FET application.
