TPS51206: About turn on and turn off sequence

Part Number: TPS51206

Hello support team,

Our customer is using TPS51206 now.
The customer uses it as follows:
VDD, S3 and S5 are tied, and 3.3 V supply is applied to them.
And VLDOIN and VDDQSNS are tied, and 1.5 V supply is applied to them.

In normal power-up sequence, apply 3.3 V to VDD, S3 and S5 first, and then apply 1.5 V to VLDOIN and VDDQSNS.
And in normal power-off sequence, turn off VDD, S3 and S5 first, and then turn off VLDOIN and VDDQSNS.
The customer understands that these sequences are no problem based on the explanation in “7.3.6 Power On and Off Sequence” in the datasheet.

Here I ask some questions about the power sequence.
[Question]
Q1. Is it allowed to apply 1.5 V to VLDOIN and VDDQSNS first and then apply 3.3 V to VDD, S3 and S5 to start up?
Q2. Is it allowed to turn off VLDOIN and VDDQSNS first and then turn off VDD, S3 and S5?

Looking at the past threads, I guess both Q1 and Q2 are OK.
However, as a proof of explanation to the customer, I would like to ask same questions just to be sure.

Sincerely,
M. Tachibana
