Hi all,

I have a question about TPS3895.

On the horizontal axis of the graph, Which is the temperature, Tj or Ta ?

The graph is shown on p.1 or p.9(Fig.8) of the data sheet.

I think it is Ta because the following is described in the data sheet p.9.

Hi Ishiwata,

Temperature on all graph axis is typically Ta.

Tj is also assumed to be very close to Ta since the amount of current through the device is very minor.
