Dual channel Power source selector switch / LDO

Hi,

I am looking for Dual channel power supply selector Switch (Dual input and single output) with 2A rating for my motor driving application.

My input as follows

1. Power supply1 (Battery) : 3V (max) and 2.5V (min)

2.Power supply2 (From LDO):  3V 

Let me know any selector switch with 2A rating with very low Rds (mohms).
