DC-DC Buck Step down, PMBus, 5-14V adj, ~10A, with V, I reporting for Thermoelectric Cooler

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD95492QVM, DRV591, LM5175, TPS65400

I have spent hours looking but am not able find the correct parts.  Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

APPLICATION:
Build a power supply to individually power four Thermoelectric Peltier Cooler modules where the voltage to each of the 4 TECs can be separately controlled by the host on PMBus.  Additionally, I need the V and I of each output reported back to the host.  Ripple on output is not critical (even 5% is acceptable).

Vout Range = 0 to 14V (say from PWM duty near-0% to near-100%)

Iout (max) = 10A (each)

Vin = 16V (can arrange a higher V here if needed)

Ideally, the PWM going to the MOSFETs driving the 4 TECs are phase shifted to minimize ripple and input capacitors.

Also, the TECs will be connected in a full H-bridge configuration to enable reversing the current.

WHAT I FOUND:

CSD95492QVM
Problem - Output voltage, Vout max is 5.5V
It appears this would have worked with TPS3679

Thank you much!
