Question form a customer about SOC update timing from wrong value to correct value.
1. After reset, SOC became 0% for some reason. (Voltage = 4490mV, Temp = 29.9degree, Expect SOC = 90%)
2. In this state, charge for 5 seconds and discharge for 5 seconds are repeated 5 times, but there is no change with SOC = 0%. (Discharge = -300mA)
3. Charged for 100 minutes, but SOC = 0%.
4. When does the SOC return to a normal value? (Smoothing = Enable)
