I have one more question about using LM51551 to make constant output current base on peak current limit

Hi Ty,

The peak current limit does not guarantee constant output current. To achieve constant output current, you will need to sense the current and use an Op-Amp to compare to a reference voltage and use the output of the Op-Amp to pull down the COMP pin. There should be a diode between the Op-Amp and COMP such that it will not affect the normal CV operation before hitting the current limit.
