BQ27531-G1: Parameters for replacing the battery

For a removable battery pack, bq27531-g1 / bq24193 is mounted on the system side.
There is only one kind of battery pack, but I want to calculate the remaining amount immediately when a spare battery is installed.
I want to save the bq27531-g1 parameter in the EEPROM inside the battery pack and read and write it when using it.
Which parameters should be saved?

I don't think you would need an EEPROM to store gauge configurations since BQ27531-G1 is a flash based gauge.

When a spare battery is installed, it is displayed as 2% even though the remaining amount is 30%.
Is there any good idea?

Did you select a proper chemistry id for that battery? Also, did you complete the learning cycle successfully?

Do you have a bqStudio log that I can take a look at? Thanks.

I was waiting for the ID to be issued while the battery is being measured. I was using the ID which seems to be the same cell.

I checked the Web and found new software. I think there is it's ID, so try it.

By the way, Is the learning cycle correct for:

1.After discharging to E.V., stop discharging and leave for 5 hours
2. Full charge, stop charging for 2 hours (SOH Status = 02)
3. After discharging to E.V., stop discharging and leave for 5 hours (SOH Status = 03)

If I try these things and it don't work, please check the Log.

Again, I would suggest double check and make sure the chemistry id is correct.

When bqstudio was updated to the latest version, chemical data could be imported.

I will try learning cycle.

When you did the learning cycle, did you follow the instructions in the app note I provided? Did you see all these events mentioned in the app note occur?

I don't wait 2 and 5 hours for relax time because of update occured.(maybe wait 1 hour)

According to the TRM, it seems like a Qmax has been learned and also Ra tables have been updated.

I would suggest do a charge-discharge cycle to check whether the reported SOC makes sense.
