TPS60403-Q1: R_Switch information missing

Hi, 

One of my customer is using TPS60403-Q1 for inverting the 3V3 supply voltage to -3V3. Please suggest on below two queries. 

  1. As per datasheet equation 1, to calculate output resistance of converter we need the value to  Rswitch. This is not specified in the datasheet.  Can you please let us know the value of Rswitch?

  2. As per figure 10 in datasheet, output resistance is specified at Ambient temperature 85 degree C. We need to know what will be its value at Ambient temperature 105 degree for Output current of 50mA

    Hi Naveen,

    The device is quite old to access the data.

    Calculation from equation 1 will not help much as the impedance of the capacitor is negligible compare to switch resistance. The output resistance max value is defined in section7.5 of the datasheet and I would expect it would not be higher than 15Ohm.
