TPS53667: PHASE Short Circuit issue

During TPS53667 was working, The output Phase short ciruit happened. Would you please have any suggestions about this phenomenon? thanks a lot.

Hi,

update more information, Customer is using two phase , and one of phases short ciruit happened. The power page uses CSD95491. thanks.
