BQ27426: The current measured by BQ27426 is larger than the actual current

Part Number: BQ27426
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQSTUDIO

Dear TI team:

There are three products in our company using BQ27426,however,they all have the problem that the measured current is 0.3 to 0.5 times larger than the actual current, which causes SOC data to be inaccurate. For example, the actual discharge current measured by the oscilloscope is 500mA, while the discharge current measured by the fuel gauge is 800mA.

What is the cause of this phenomenon? What measures do you suggest we take?

                           Thank you! Best wish!
