TPS65632EVM-712: Not output Vpos/Vneg on TPS65632EVM

Hi,

ON S1=CTRL_EN, when CTRL is ON (1-2pin short on JP3), we can observe 4.6V on Vpos and -4.0V on Vneg.

After changing S1=PROG, we input the following yellow waveform on pin10 of J1.

We assumed output -2.2V on Vneg. However we seem no output on Vpos and Vneg. Please let me know how to operate correctly.

Hello Hattori-san,

Thank you for your patience. I reviewed the timing plot you provided and it appears that pulse duration low (tlow specification in the datasheet) and pulse duration high (thigh specification in the datasheet) is not met by your pulse timing. Can you please use tlow and thigh timing of 10us each? I believe you will be able to program the device properly if you use this timing.
