Hi modelling team,

We have an issue with LM61640-Q1, could you please help to fix the model?

Removing two output cap from the original LM61460AAS-Q1 TINA-TI Steady State Transient Model, it will show below error:

Changing the simulation mode to initial condition will still encountered convergence problem:

Hello Wei-Hao,

This is 400kHz switcher. More output cap is necessary for device operation (stability).

If you require output cap reduction, please configure device for 2MHz operation, assuming thermal considerations are taken into account.

My assumption is simulation is on verge of instability.

Hello Wei-Hao,

I simulated the testbench available on the TI web and could not reproduce the error.

Please verify if you are using the latest TINA-TI version. ( Snap below)
