BQ20Z65-R1: What's the precision of RemainingCapacity of the battery from reading BQ20Z65 register(address: 0x0D)

We customized a Battery Pack, use BQ20Z65 as gas gauge IC.

Our system read RelativeStateOfCharge of the battery from BQ20Z65 register(address: 0x0D).

 There is an error between register(address: 0x0D) value and real RemainingCapacity of the battery.

Please help to confirm what’s error scope of this  value(RelativeStateOfCharge).
