BQ51050B: Off the shelf Qi chargers don't work

Hi team,

My customer is using BQ51050B in their tracker watch. They have tested various Qi chargers with minimal success. The only ones that worked so far is TI Qi transmitter EVM and this one https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07R7895K9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00.

Do you have any suggestions on what the reason for this could be?

This problem could be caused by a couple of things. I will need to get more info on the customer design, coil and case?

Also which TI Qi transmitter EVM is working?

What type of problem is the customer seeing?
