Hello, I'm having trouble charging my pack and I assume is because the CUV and CUVC alarms have been tiggered but not matter what I do I can't get them to clear. The symptoms are that as soon as I enable the charger the charge current goes up for a couple of seconds then it shuts OFF and then the charging current goes up again and shuts off again, this cycle repeats until I shut down the charger, I have gone through the process of getting a CHEMID and a gg file from TI and I have program both. I have also configured the settings for my application to the best of my knowledge but I might have missed something that is creating this issue. I have attached the a short log file and a gg file with my current setting.
