Our application uses external MOSFETs for fast cell balancing using the BQ40Z50-R2. We are using the following circuit with 3 N-channel and 1 P-channel.
Most functions are working well, but we are having trouble to get cell balancing working. Voltage references are quite accurate and protections work as they should.
The problem is we can't get the [CB] status to go high even though it seems all the conditions are met. I have attached the gg.csv file. Could the small current draw of 2314 mA be preventing it from going into rest mode and balancing?
