Hi,

I'm looking for Ultra low Iq LDO for my battery powered application.

Battery --> Buck Boost(3.8V,TPS63020,)

Input 3.8V(constant) outputs are 3.3V @ 50mA max( to the uC which will be in sleep mode most of the time with current of 30uA).

Input 3.8V Output- 1.8V@ 10mA.

I'm looking for a SOT-23 package But i couldn't find on the Digikey, Only XDFN is available.

    Hi Lakshminarayana,

    SOT-23 will be fully released by the end of the month. We actually have pre-production samples still available that you may use in the meantime. Full orderables part numbers are PTPS7A0218PDBVR and PTPS7A0233PDBVR.
