IBIS models do not make sense for PMICs.
IBIS = Input/Output buffer specification, and the input/output buffers in a PMIC are pretty boring low-speed signals. Nothing worth simulating inside.
PSPICE models are useful for PMICs to simulate transient performance of voltage regulators, and we are working on creating PSPICE model for some of our most popular PMICs.
At this time, we do not have any simulation models available for TPS65218D0.
