Hi team,
When the failure event occur, the device have two performances, one is Vin=Vout and the other is Vout =0V.
Could you kindly explain under what situation will cause theses two different performance?
Thanks and best regards,
Jamie

Hi Jamie,
There are many situations that would cause these two failure phenomenon. For example, EOS between SW and Vout pins cause high-side switch short, so Vin=Vout. EOS at SW to GND and SW to Vout cause both high & low side switches short, so Vout = 0V.
Please share the detailed schematic, layout, operating specifications so that we can help analyze the root cause. Thanks.
