BQ24075: Please provide the pin description for SYSOFF

Part Number: BQ24075

Dear TI Support Team,

We're trying to utilise BQ24075 to charge our 2600mAh Li-Ion battery. We're in need of the clarification on the SYSOFF pin. When the battery is fully charged and connected to the system, our system consumes 1A typically. We continuously monitor the state of charge of the battery using the fuel gauge IC. When the state of charge is below our threshold value, we want to isolate the battery from the system. To achieve this process we've planned to use the SYSOFF pin.

As per the pin description in the datasheet, SYSOFF is an active high pin, when it is connected, the series FET from battery to OUT turns off and disconnects the system from battery. Is the SYSOFF pin is high always? Or it changes it's state to LOW when it is disconnected.

I've attached my reference schematic with this.
