BQ25895: How to control charge current based on battery temperature without host interaction

I am using BQ25895 on my custom board, I have referred the "9.2 Typical Application" reference design for schematic.

Now I want to disable/enable charging if battery temperature goes above/below 45 degrees without HOST interaction.

Can you please guide me, How to do this?

For battery temperature monitoring, please refer to 8.2.7.5 Thermistor Qualification on the d/s for the details. No host is required for the function. Users should make sure the default settings work for their specific applications.
