TPSM831D31: If TPSM831D31 support offline setting

Hi,

We have a project need TPSM831D31, but we hope to use it with offline setting.

Leave a PMBus connector, and use USB-to GPIO to connect to PC, and set Vout and Iout, and no need to use MCU to do online control. 

Can we do that?
