Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP5012, USB2ANY
Team,
Using the LP5012 with USB2ANY and LP50xx GUI SW :
-The latest GUI SW is used (taken from this E2E post).
-The USB2ANY firmware update has been done.
The GUI does not seem to be able to control the LP5012.
Here is what happen (1 to 4 below):
-How to debug further?
-Can the USB2ANY log help?
-Is the issue HW or SW?
-How to fix it?
1) When entering in the GUI, I can see that USB2Any is detected… but… I got an error message
pop on the bottom left: “Couldn’t load registers”:
2) When I select « Quick Start », the Bank Settings panel is displayed, but I have an error
message pop « Couldn’t write register DEVICE_CONFIG0 » in the bottom left:
3) Still on the Bank settings panel, if I select the LED 4 for example, I have « Couldn’t write
register DEVICE_CONFIG0 »
Note that I obtain an error message for EACH item I try to select:
