TPS54325: PG behavior(TPS54325/TPS54525/TPS40170)

TPS54525: The time delay from VIN reaching operating range to PG driven LOW while EN is LOW.

VIN's operating range of TPS54525 is 4.5 to 18V. Does that mean as long as VIN is within this range, PG would be driven LOW while EN is LOW? May I know the time delay from VIN reaches 4.5V to PG got driven LOW while EN is LOW? Thanks.
