Hi.

I have a question about TPS56C230.

I want to connect differential output sense signal from CPU(ex. VCCIO_SENSE/VSSIO_SENSE) to TPS56C230.

1. Could I use differential output sense signal for TPS56C230?

2. If it is possible, how shoud I connect differential output sense signal to TPS56C230?

Hi, I think the purpose you want is to route differential line to make remote sense, as we know FB lower resistor is connected to AGND, the upper resistor is connected to Vout, so I think you can route a Ground_sense line between the lower resistor and AGND, and route a Vout_sense from the Vout net above the upper reistor, make these two lines differential back from loading to simulate the remote sense.

By the way, suggest you add 0ohm resistors for both Ground sense and Vout sense net, this can help you to get two options for local sense and remote sense.

Yes, such like this. you need to care about the routing as well, recommend put resistors close to IC, and long line is easy to be coupled noise...
