My customer is collecting information relating derating factor.

Is there Derating Factor of REF5045A-Q1 or TI All?

They seems to refer such as following document.

    Hi Kuramochi,

    We provide similar notations as the document in page 187 as per the link below. We offer ratings on our devices but i am not sure what you mean by derating for a monolithic semiconductor.

    TI's -MIL parts meet MIL-STD-883

    TI's HiRel meet TI's internal testing of  HiRel

    The REF5045A-Q1 is an automotive device that goes through the AEC-Q100 qualification.

    We do not offer the REF5045 in HiRel or higher.
