There is no specific data for the TPS22916 since it uses the same package technology that is used for other devices. Our packaging team designs our devices to mitigate any stress that could be applied during the PCB process and throughout the lifetime of the device.

Is there a specific event, outside of standard the standard PCB process, that could apply stress to the device that you are inquiring about?
