Hi,
I am looking at a circuit using the LM5116 device.
We plan to apply 8.0V to VCCX from outside, but I am thinking whether the FET can operate normally at this voltage.
The FET used is BSC160N15NS5 manufactured by Infineon.
The same FET is used for both high side and low side.
Looking at the specifications of the FET, Vth = 4.6 [Vmax] and the mirror area is about 5.7 [V].
Is it possible to use this FET when driving at VCC = 8.0 [V]?

VIN: 80V
VOUT: 17V
IOUT: 5.5A
