Hi team,

Customer is wondering if they could lower the R2 to maybe 13K? And why d/s recommend such high value for R2?

R1 and R2 is used to set the output voltage, so R1 and R2 is connected to the output of BOOST .

If the value is too small, the consumption of resistor is too high, and you have to choose larger package.

It will increase cost and thermal of the board.

Hi, Fery,

13K is ok. You can refer to the recommended value of LP8867-Q1 and is between 10kohm and 200kohm. They are similar.
