TPS54618: start up issue and load short protection

Dears

My customer is doing the test with TPS54618,and the design is 3.3V input, 0.95V output, and load with 2.6A. and we have find 2 issue.

1. the output have a step when power up, the step is around 0.2V, and last for around 150us.

2.when doing the overload test, find the  output still have 0.35V and 10A current, it is not limit the current.

So we are wondering if above two things is normal or there have some issue?
