Thank you. I am also checking this part. It seems that the only concern is the efficiency target. Do you have any idea on whether it can meet 96% efficiency?

you can use wenbench for efficiency estimation, I did it. for 48VIn 12Vo 200Khz 4A, efficiency around 96.3% in room temp.

alternative is controller soltuion(LM5145 or LM5146), You need use external fet, you can place the control part at bottom to minimize the soltuion space.

below is the LM5146 EVM test result with 12V output.
