I'm a FAE for distributors of TI products.
I have a customer question about the TPS54336A device.
The package used is DDA.
For unknown reasons, my customers use PowerPADs without connecting them to ground.
I understand that the thermal characteristics will be worse if the PowerPAD is not connected, but it is not clear whether the electrical characteristics are affected separately.
If this device does not have PowerPAD connected to ground, will the electrical characteristics be affected?
