Hi team,
I am looking for a LED driver who has <100uA standby current capability at PWM = Low.
VLED=3.5V
ILED=350mA
Vin = either 12V(car battery) or 5V or 3.3V
I tried to use TPS92515-Q1, but eventually I found its standby current is 1.5mA max.
I found TL4242-Q1, but it can only supply 200mA at Vin=5V from the datasheet Figure2.
Could you please advise possible device?
