LMR14050SEVM is implemented on 4-layers PCB.

Is it possible to use a 2-layer PCB-layout for LMR14050?

yes, you can, only you need take care the thermal due to 5A current. and the EMI performance is worse then 4 layer board.

Pls simulate your application in Webench to check if thermal performance meet your requirement.

Hi Slava,

Sorry that the latest Webench on TI.com has no option to change PCB layers.

You may go ahead with 2 layer PCB and refer to EVM layout design, if thermal performance can meet your application requirement, then you may have to use 4 layer PCB.
