Hi,

I am evaluating the device TPS1H100-Q1 Ver.A in a eFuse application. After referring the Fig. 37 in Page 24., i couldn't understand why there are two different temperature gradients (Slope 1, Slope 2) for the same junction temperatures TSD. kindly can anyone answer this question.
