TPS65381A-Q1: How to stop working PMIC while downloading new MCU firmware

Part Number: TPS65381A-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: RM46L852

Hi, All.

This is Younghwa. We, my co-workers and I are currently developing new systems thru TI MCU(RM46L852) and TI PMIC(TPS65381A-Q1).

Unfortunately, we are having trouble downloading new MCU firmware. That's why PMIC stuck in Reset state repeatedly, during downloading MCU firmware.

Actually, MCU can't communicate with PMIC via SPI at that time. So, we want PMIC NOT to make transition to Reset state.

We assume that we can do it by desabling watchdog timer even though PMIC is in Active mode. However, we don't know how to desable watchdog timer in Active mode.

Please give me a hand ASAP.
