My customer want to use TPS92641 to develop a LED driver. They refer to PMP8016 reference design and use the same BOM as TI required to make a test board. The input power is 24@7A and the output power is 3.5V@20A. There is no input PWM signal to UDIM or SDIM. However the PCB temperature is about 70-80 degree C without any cooling. The heat mainly comes from TPS92641 and mos. I want to ask if it is normal.
