you need to change to LM5141 which has low Iq feature. if the current less than 6A , you can choose converter solution , I recommend LM61460

I am sorry. The load current must be up to 20A. I understand the main problem is control the Enable pin. If we control the enable pin without no load. The no load current (standby current) can be decrease. But I don't find any solution about this problem.

LM5141 is controller can support up to 20A current with low Iq feature. 

For TPS40170, you may need pay attention to EN divide voltage , mosfet and output divide resistor for 1mA standby current.

1. Thank you for your support. But I want to control the enable pin according to load. If I have no load, The enable pin is low, When the load connected to converter, The converter start to operate and enable is active. I search the analog solution with transistor or mosfet.
