I use a new board with UCD3138 for program. After click button"Scan Device in ROM", the GUI dispaly "Found ROM v2 IC v3 - UCD3138A Rev2". This is OK.
I click button"Firmware download" and see next GUI interface. I choose the option "download data flash" and "Do not write program checksum(Stay in ROM)". Then download the firmware file which i write. The firmware is ok which use in other project. After finish, the GUI display some error information. The click button "Scan Device in ROM" again, the GUI display " Error: Unable to communicate with ROM, device may be in flash mode. No ROM detected." Why? The option which I choose is not right?
I chang a new UCD3138. In fireware downlad interface, I change the option to "write program checksum" and not select the option "validate with checksum". After finish, i change a new firmware file to download. The GUI display "Error: Device does not apper to be in ROM mode after ENABLE_ROM_MODE command; after 3036 msec the ROM is still not responding".
Do you have some document to introduce that how to download fireware? If appear the error above, how to activate UCD3138 for download fireware again?
