LM5164: Identifying potential counterfits.

Part Number: LM5164

Hello,

We have a product that utilizes LM5164.  The design has been tested with VIN up to 100V, works properly and passed FCC certification. The parts tested has the marking (LM5164 TI 95A P0REG4)

We are starting the production of the product.  The parts our contract manufacturer has sourced has a different marking (LM5164 TI 95A P2FRG4) and failed at VIN of 95V, and one of the lead has a electrical arc and sparks.

Can TI take a look at pictures of our IC and see what's the cause of the failure?  Is the product marking (LM5164 TI 95A P2FRG4) consistent with TI's internal record?  Could this be a potential fit?
