BQ2973: Source of push-pull and ESD between VSS and V-

Hi Team,

My customer is asking me two questions about BQ2973 regarding its internal circuity.

1. For DOUT and COUT. Do you know what is the source for its push-pull drain? Is it the same as BAT?

2. Is there a ESD diode between V- and VSS?
