TLV733P-Q1: VEN & IEN

Part Number: TLV733P-Q1

Hi TI-team

My customer have question.

VEN (HI) [MIN]: 0.9V is recognized as HI if 0.9V or more.

VEN (LO) [MAX]: 0.32V is recognized as LO if it is 0.32V or less.

Is the above recognition correct ?

If correct, what happens if 0.32 ~ 0.9V ?

IEN

IEN is 0.01μA when VEN = 5.5V.

What is the maximum current value when EN = 0V ?

Do you have variation data when VEN = 0V ?

Koji Hayashi

  • HI Hayashi-san,

Your understanding is correct. Above 0.9V the device is definitely enabled. and below 0.32V, the device is disabled. The region between these two values is not defined. Meaning it could be enabled or disabled.

IEN is the leakage into the enable pin. If VIN = 0V, this too should be 0.

I hope this answers your question.
