    Hi Tony, 

    Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not have a reference design that meets the criteria you have provided.

    For 60W, 4-Pair power levels I recommend designing with the TPS23881 PoE PSE IC. We have a very easy to use evaluation module which consists of the TPS23881EVM-008 daughter card and BOOST-PSEMTHR-007 mother board that I recommend ordering which can be used to evaluate this PSE IC for use in your system.
