Hi everyone,

We are designing an LM5023 POWER SUPPLY and we fished some problem but one problem is remaining. That problem is Output voltage is overshoot.

if when we are turn on the power that time output reached to 31v then came to desire voltage 24v.How to rectify that problem please anyone know mean please reply to this post.

Specification:

Input=(100VAC-260VAC), 1Ph,50Hz Ac supply

Output=24 VDC,2.5A,60W

Kindly suggest the to overcome this issue,

Your secondary side output has a pi filter which makes difference. A simple way to check is to move feedback from L1 right to left to see if the issue effect can be reduced.

You can refer to the below for your secondary side design. If you do need the pi filter on the secondary side, your feedback compensation will be different and you will need to check your loop stability to resolve the issue you have.
