Can I stack 2 bq76942 to make 20s BMS for higher voltage? Is this possible? And if pls give details.

Yes, you can stack 2 BQ76942 for a 20s application. You will need to use an isolation level as explained in the TI Design TIDA-01093, released for a different monitor but the concept is the same.
