We have planned to use the LM3150 in a project.
We entered our data in the Power designer.
VIN 19 to 29V, 60 ° C, Vout 5V, 7A.

The Power Designer issues a circuit diagram proposal. So far so good.

If we press the "Redesign" button, the message "Design update failed - Junction temperature is too high" always appears.

However, nothing is apparent from the FET or IC where the junction temperature is too high.

What does the message refer to?
