my customer is asking for this data for thermal evaluation.

Checked but no these data available for this part.

Why you ask for this? " DISSIPATION RATINGS table" in datasheet can be used for thermal evaluation. and as we know, this is controller and no high power loss generated, so commonly the IC thermal is not concerned too much.
