Hello,
I know the BQ24005 is a pretty old part but it works well in my design. I wanted to know if there are any EOL plans for this part?. Silicon expert shows the life cycle to be at least 10 years. I am looking for a linear charger solution which is stand alone and has a battery sense pin. as far my research goes, there is no other replacement for this part.
